We have some exciting news to share with you. Ms. Stevie Gerrells, FPQP® has been promoted to a new position within our firm, and we have hired a new client services manager to replace her.
Firstly, we would like to congratulate Stevie on her new role as Vice President of Operations with Ballast Advisors. Stevie has been an integral part of our team and has shown dedication and commitment to our clients and our organization. We are confident that she will excel in her new role and continue to make a positive impact within our organization.
With Stevie moving into her new role, we have hired Ms. Bi Xiong as our new client service manager. Bi comes to us with five years of experience in client service management, and we are thrilled to have her on board. She will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support in our Saint Paul location.
Bi will be working closely with Stevie over the next few weeks to ensure a smooth transition and to get to know our clients and their needs. We are confident that she will quickly become a valuable member of our team and an important point of contact for our clients.
